PRAISE THE LORD!  Pennsylvania Native, born and raised in PA.  After graduating from High School, to get out of the City of Philadelphia, I enlisted in the United States Air Force.  One of the smartest decisions of my Life.  I completed my first Real Estate Course while serving in the United States Air Force, stationed at Langley Air Force Base, VA.  Becoming a realtor at that time was beyond my imagination.  My goal was to attend Law School. So, while serving in the Military, I worked hard, attending College during my lunch hours, evenings, and weekends and completed my Bachelor's Degree in Pre-Law, from Saint Leo University in FL.  As of 2025, I am in my Second year of Law School I purchased my first home in 1978, 311 Fox Hill Road, in Hampton VA., for about 33,000.00.  That home has increased in value now four times that much. I now understand the joy, fun, and value of Homeownership. After retiring as a Clinical Therapist, I moved to New Jersey, where I met my wife, we have been married now for fourteen years.  August 2014, I attended the Montclair School of Real Estate. Passed the New Jersey Real Estate License Test and received my New Jersey License in 2015.  My New Jersey Real Estate experience include first working for Keller Williams, Realty, then Weichert Realty, before coming back home to Pennsylvania, after becoming a homeowner again in the Pocono Mountains.  We Love living in the Pocono Mountains.  I continued my Realtor Experience working for Weichert Realty here in the Poconos before joining Smart Way American Realty, in East Stroudsburg.  For us Homeownership has not been just the America Dream, but also a Wonderful Investment.
