The RENE Certification Course is an interactive experience to help negotiators elevate their game! The course examines all types of negotiation formats and methods -- including virtual -- so that today's negotiators can play the game to win. A full spectrum of tips, tools, and techniques are provided so that you can provide effective results for your client. The course curriculum also includes a variety of real-world field simulations to help you apply the power tools, techniques, and tactics learned in the course. These will provide the foundational experience and practice you will need to master to effectively advocate for your clients.
*PMAR does not report CE credits to the state. We will provide you with a transcript via email within 30 days that meets the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission’s requirements. Students are responsible for maintaining their own records.
Please note, completing this two day course is only one step in achieving your RENE Certification. You must also be a Realtor in good standing and submit an application and $159 credentialing fee to REBI. Instructions on this will be provided after successful completion of the course.

This training is scheduled for In Person at PMAR. Please note we may shift to virtual depending on Covid considerations. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.
Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Refunds, minus a $25 cancellation fee will be made only when written notice is provided no less than five (5) days prior to course start date. Requests can be sent to jamie@poconorealtors.com.
Cancellations made less than five (5) days prior to course start date may receive partial credit toward a future class at the discretion of the Director. Requests should be sent to jamie@poconorealtors.com
No refunds will be issued after the start of the class. In the event that a student is dismissed for failure to abide by any school policies no refund will be given.
In the event of a no show, the student forfeits their registration fee.
There will be a processing fee of $40.00 for returned checks.
Should the school need to cancel a class, participants will be entitled to a full refund.
